Returns within two weeks upon receiving the pen, unless a major malfuction of the pen which will be limited to shipping fault, it totally coming apart, other damages caused by user will not be replaced. 

We currently ship flat rate.  Shipping for all items (up to 10 items) is $12.

All of our products can be laser engraved.  Personalize that perfect gift, or rememberance with anything you desire.  There will be an up charge of $10.
